Frequently Asked Questions
The questions customers ask us most, answered plainly. Anything else, call the office at (561) 366-2200 and ask a person.
All South Florida. Our office and shop are in West Palm Beach, and our crews work from Jupiter to North Miami every week, with local phone numbers for Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. We are also regularly on job sites further north, including Port St. Lucie. If you are not sure you are in range, call and ask.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. That is when the office team answers, scopes jobs and schedules crews. For work that has to happen on a commercial or industrial schedule, including operating sites that cannot stop, talk to us when you call and we will plan the timing around your operation.
New customers save $99 on a first service of $300 or more. Restrictions apply, and we will confirm the offer applies when we scope your job, before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice. We also accept credit cards, which makes that first panel upgrade, repair or lighting job easier to schedule.
Yes, work is scoped before it starts. Call or send the request form, tell us about the job, and we will talk it through, visit where the job needs it, and give you a clear plan and price for the electrical scope. Design, electrical calculations and permit costs are part of that conversation, not surprises added later.
Yes. Design, electrical calculations and city permit processing are services we handle in house, and they are part of most construction, panel, generator and renovation work we do. We prepare the paperwork, coordinate the inspection and see the job through approval, which is one of the things our reviewers praise our office for.
We accept credit cards, along with the standard payment arrangements agreed when your job is scoped. For larger construction and commercial work, payment schedules are set out in writing before work begins, tied to the phases of the job, so you always know what is due and when before a crew arrives.
